Cancellation and Rescheduling: You may reschedule or cancel a consultation up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within less than 48 hours may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of the appointment.

No-shows: Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice may result in a charge for the full appointment.

Late arrivals: If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to accommodate the original time slot. Full fees still apply.
